Autumn Olive, also known as Japanese Silverberry is a medicinal shrub whose berries are packed with antioxidents, and found to be high in minerals.

This a great tonic for boosting our immune systems and aiding in the effects of oxidative stress, the berries are found to have higher amounts of Lycopene than tomatoes.

Autumn Olives are sweet yet sour and tart, a bit drying, and tonifying.
