Goldenrod is great for urinary tract and urethral inflammation/irritation

Can be used for seasonal allergy symptoms and upper respiratory heat, whether acute or chronic

Helps with sneezing or coughing from seasonal allergies

Good for heat and stagnation, alleviating cold and flu symptoms as Goldenrod is an immune booster

Can be used for tea by pouring a cup of boiling water over 2 tablespoons of the herbs and leave to steep for 5-6 minutes then strain. The tea if left to steep too long can be bitter.
