Tsuga canadensis

This is an extract of the green Hemlock pine-cones of the Eastern Hemlock tree. Great for sore throats, high in vitamin C, immune-stimulating and great to soothe throat and system when moving through cold-sickness. Great for boggy coughes, piney-citrusy flavor, this is an aromatic and draining herb. Great for phlem and mucus especially when it’s persistent in the respiratory system. Also works with the sinuses when the extract is ingested as a tea. Great to have in the medicine cabinet on those cold day dry days, and throughout the winter. This is also a great tonic for the digestion and the lymphatic system. Good for the end of winter as we transition into spring. Green Hemlock cones are especially refreshing to the system, see how to best enjoy this extract below!

Dose:

15-50 drops as needed, can be added to warm water to make a warming tonic tea, or cold sparkling water for a bubbly refreshing drink!
