Sage Leaf Tincture

from $24.00

Salvia officinalis

Sage leaf (garden sage/common sage variety) is an aromatic ally, focusing on bringing connection to the breath. Spirit cleansing properties.

Connection to the Lungs and Stomach.

Both a digestive aid and appetite stimulant

Good for headaches, gently draining, helps clear mucous, supports the lungs, helps with slow digestion issues and a mild appetite stimulant. Can be helpful for nausea. Ease sore throat. Open up the throat.

Sage focuses on the Qi and Blood, bringing movement, motion.

(We find the Sage Oxymel tends to lean more towards the digestive/stomach properties and the Sage Tincture leaning more to lung properties, though we encourage personal exploration/observations!)

Dose:

5-20 drops as needed; small doses repeated over time can be helpful; before meals if using for weak appetite, after meals if using as digestive aid
